Backhaus Bageri Café från Helsingborg

Beautiful location directly opposite Helsingborg C (central station). When I arrived, I could smell the fresh baked bread and pastries. A big plus are the prices as I paid 58 SEK for a cinnamon bunk and a cappuccino while I paid 87 SEK for the same items in another café.

A small bakery right in front of Helsingborg Main Station, which serves the best croissants and coffee!! We thought we would quickly jump in for a coffee whistling Qe waiting for our bus, little we knew we were in love with the place! The first thing you meet when you open the door is the wonderful aroma of everything that is freshly baked. The nutty sweet fragrances dance around the warm atmosphere of the little bakery. The second thing you can't ignore is the golden ambience that shines inside. Somehow I remembered my childhood days, sitting, staring in the warm splendour of the ovens light, waiting for grandmothers to be done cookies. Then you will be greeted with the kindest smile. Natrual we are not Swedish, people are sometimes caught by the guard when we are in English. Not in this case, as soon as the beautiful lady noticed behind the counter, we were served very fast and friendly in English. Finally, and above all the taste. The croissants we had were literally the best we ever had, and were all and more what you would ever expect from a croissant. It certainly left a sign!! We will definitely be back and recommend this little jewel in the heart of the busy Helsingborg for everyone and everyone!

Amazing! The employees were very accommodating. I asked for a certain sandwich (I am vegan) and they made one for me. Other than that, they have the best sandwich and hot Choco. Have a new visit.

Loves this place, best bakery in Helsingborg. Their cakes are always very beautiful and creative. The passion fruit mousse cake here is my favorite dessert/fika selection, its taste is so good and balanced, it never fails to immediately lift my mood.

Came upon this delightful cafe on a Saturday morning and visited again on Sunday morning! Very relaxed atmosphere with bread that is baked on the premises and is divine, a fantastic way to kick-start the day if you need to find a breakfast sandwich or a little piece of indulgence on the go
