Pinchos från Karlstad

So incredibly sad to visit a Pinchos that has such an incredibly beautiful location but where they have expanded the seats considerably and then not expanded the kitchen so there is even a chance for them to catch up. The staff were gold who really did their utmost with what they had to work with but it was impossible for them to keep up poor people, you could really see their tremendous stress level and thanks only to the fact that they were so young, none of them clap together... What kind of employer does this?!?! If you want to have more places for guests, of course the kitchen also has to be expanded!!! Pinchos is usually a nice place but a fun and good idea but this visit was completely useless!! Poor staff, hope they realize their self worth and stand up for themselves!!

Cold, impersonal and the whole venue felt cheap with plastic chairs, plastic flowers and some kind of trinket lighting. The food was super good but ordering via app feels much more McD than I wanted.
