very friendly and attentive staff. good selection of food and German beer: radeberger. a very nice place to sit outside at lunchtime. delicious homemade sausages.
what an amazing restorer. that eats them on another trip. the atmosphere is extremely elegant. the excitement that the server made me feel that this is their first day in the restorer. what really stands out is their ability to offer non-alcoholic tasting drinks. I was in a lot of fine dining recipes and all removed the opportunity to taste different types of drinks because of my alcoholic allergy. the food was very delicious, even if not cooked with pork or food in alcohol.
super good food and service. try a weekday 3-course menu, a lot. a nice culinary experience. the presentation of the dishes is so beautiful and impressive. I could recommend it very much. the only negative thing I can say is the pricy champagner. it's champagner, I should probably have put a fair price tag on it.
test the tasting menu, about 9 courses. very satisfied with eating and service. everything was boiled to perfection (crisis vegetables I ever tasted). if they like dessert, they will love the menu:
A very good french restaurant with a fine choice of yummy dishes and exceptional wines. The building used to be a hotel and it shows if you look around and at the ceiling. Service is very good, attentive but discreet. It's downtown in Malmo, a short walk from the Central Station.
My wife and I had dinner at Sture and we both enjoyed it tremendously. We had many exciting dishes and the balance between traditional and experimental was great. The reason we are only awarding Sture four stars is that we didn’t really find that they had balanced the fat with enough acidity. The Nordic kitchen has a good tradition for pickling and I’m convinced that Sture could gain from this tradition.
7 course tasting menu with friendly appertizers. Really good food. Only negative was long waiting time between the cheese and desert.
Upscale twist on classic Swedish dishes, food tastes good but is on the expensive side. Staff is great, both personal and professional at the same time. The major drawback here is the acoustics, when full it's almost impossible to have a normal conversation.
