it was really cold in the restaurant and we waited more than 1 hour for our main course. when it came, the two burgers were quite cold and so were the pommes. not one please would recommend one. I was by far better hard rock caffes.
excellent! server, eating and atmosphere
Very, very slow service!!! Food was ”ok”, nothing special but not bad either. Cheesecake was a positive exception: very delicious! The place was not so clean, waitress was friendly but as I said: it took ages to get drinks, then again ages to get starters etc.
Majority of the menu was not available at Sunday lunch so ended up choosing the buffet brunch. Not worth the money, poor quality, even the potatoe wedges were not properly cooked. We ordered hotdogs for kids, and anyone with kids know that burned grilled thick sausages are rarely a hit with the kids, neither are dry bread or soggy fries. Stressed out staff to top it all off.

Instead a hardrock cafe, it was a sports cafe. Instead of music, american football .A great disappointment . Heating was insufficient, service was ok
Visited here on 10/12/22 having been many times before on regular annual visits to Stockholm (adult family group of 7 . The food on this occasion was ok, but certainly not to the usual standard ribs were warm rather than hot, and everything was a bit average. They got a drinks order wrong completely their fault then tried to argue (rather too assertively for our liking that it was what we had ordered when it patently was not. Rather than apologise and write off as ‘one of those things’, and even make it better by just leaving us with the drinks for free (which would have been wasted anyway! they really didn’t handle it well. Service was ok, but the restaurant wasn’t by any means full for a Saturday night, and it perhaps wasn’t as attentive as it could have been. Overall we had a good night, but I think that was more a product of the family group and watching the World Cup than anything else. I certainly might consider another venue for our next family night out in Stockholm.
